In This Episode, You’ll Learn…

In today’s episode, Mike and Heather discuss her insights on client success and how to provide best-in-class service. For our starting point, Heather tells us a little bit more about who Steam Logistics is.

Quotables
  • The supply chain is gonna be all of what encompasses all things freight-oriented, and logistics is kind of figuring out how we move that freight. – Heather Williams
  • You see it often in the tech industry, and it’s basically best-in-class customer service, but it developed last May here at Steam. I was actually the first person to get it going here at Steam, alongside John Poehnelt, who is our CCO. – Heather Williams
  • With client success, we’re kind of coming alongside and providing that support tool to help them manage that book of business effectively and using our best practices. – Heather Williams
